  Get to store at 6 and order. We wait an hour at the store for our food, watching over 10 people order after us and get their food before us, then we finally get our food with barely an apology.

  The first few times we had fish and chips here (just after they opened), it was amazing! However, the last few times has been disappointing to say the least. While the service and atmosphere is as warm and welcoming as the first time we visited, the food has been overcooked, not very salty and dry.

  Reasonably good fish and chips, but service is deplorable. I was in there for lunch around 11:30 on a Saturday, and the woman was working at the deep fryers. She greeted me with a friendly "Hi, what can I get you?". I answered "I have an order for you when you're ready". She then completely ignored me for the next 3-4 minutes, and another customer walked in. She served him first. Then continued to ignore me. The guy down the back continued his discussion with a friend, refusing to get up and serve me even after making eye contact several times. Another 2 minutes or so passed, then another customer walked in and got served before me. At which point I left in disgust. Thanks for nothing guys.
